The morphological and anatomical properties of Onosma intertextum Hub.-Mor. and O. sieheanum Hayek were investigated. O. intertextum and O. sieheanum are endemic species. Both of examined taxa had secondary root structure and xylem composed of sclerenchymatic cells and tracheary elements. Crystals are seen in the stem and leaf of both species. Studied Onosma species have equifacial type. Stomata are anisocytic and anomocytic. These species have eglandular trichomes and glandular trichomes. Eglandular trichomes are porrect-stellate and simple trichomes. Stomata index is 28 for the upper epidermis and 29.41 for the lower epidermis of O. intertextum .
