This paper offers a full description of the Recto page, section II, of the Pelliot chinois 3685, part of the funds acquired by the National Library of France in 1910. Because of the original careless description of its contents, the text has remained unidentified. After demonstrating that the Pelliot chinois 3685 is a copy of the Xin ji wenci Jiu jing chao 新集文詞九經抄 (Collation of the New Compilation of the Writings from the Nine Canonical Works), we offer a complete critical transcription and translation of the text.
