Absztrakt

A szerzők ismertetik a laparoszkópos appendectomia jelenlegi megítélését.

Bemutatják a klippes appendix csonk zárással egyszerűsített műtéti technikát.

Beszámolnak az első ötven műtétben szerzett kedvező tapasztalataikról. A műtéti technika az endolooposnál egyszerűbb, gyorsabb, az endoszkópos varrógépesnél lényegesen olcsóbb.

Az eredmények alapján az ismertetett endoszkópos műtétet a hagyományos appendectomia értékes alternatívájának tekintik.
