Absztrakt

Az alábbi összefoglaló közlemény keretén belül – elsősorban a primer és áttéti májdaganatokra vonatkozóan – szeretném pillanatnyi állásának megfelelően áttekinteni a rádiófrekvenciás daganatroncsolás helyét a komplex onkoterápiában. Ez a hely az elmúlt 15 évben – számos vitával övezve – folyamatosan változott, és bizonyos, hogy a módszer helykeresése, integrálódása még nem ért a végére. Az alábbiakban rögzített pillanatfelvétel – annak minden vállalt esetlegességével – reményeim szerint arra szolgálhat, hogy az ennek tükrében kibontakozó szélesebb, társszakmákat is bevonó megbeszélések segítsenek a májdaganatok hazai ellátásának további fejlődésében.
