Absztrakt

Egy 62 éves beteg esetét ismertetjük, aki acut rectalis vérzés miatt került felvételre. A beteg korábban aortobifemoralis bypassműtéten esett át. A kivizsgálás kapcsán a sigmabelet usuráló graftot észleltünk, mely körül kialakult abscedáló folyamat a bőrfelszín felé törő komponenssel is bírt. Exploratív laparotomia után sigmabél-resectio, az entero-grafto-cutan fistula exstirpatiója, a graft jobb szárának részleges eltávolítása, valamint extraanatomikus crossover bypass beültetése történt. Egy ritka, szekunder, a sigmabélbe törő aortoenteralis fistuláról számolunk be, melynél egy grafto-entero-cutan komponens is kialakult, ami alternatív műtéti megoldást kívánt.
