Absztrakt

Esetismertetés: A szerzők egy 57 éves beteg esetét ismertetik, akinél panaszmentes állapotban, ernyőfényszűrésen derült fény bal oldali tüdőtumorára. Az elvégzett bronchoscopia, mellkas-CT és PET-CT a bal főhörgőben és a 6-os szegmentumhörgőben igazolt kettős, polypoid, granularis sejtes tumort a röntgen által jelzett 2-es szegmentumban elhelyezkedő, malignitasra gyanús terime mellett. Megbeszélés: A műtét során a 2-es szegmentumban lévő, az intraoperatív fagyasztásos szövettani vizsgálat alapján tuberculosisnak igazolódott elváltozást atípusos gépi ékresectióval, a granularis sejtes tumorokat 6-os segmentectomiával és a bal főhörgő bifurcatiójának resectiójával távolították el. Véleményük szerint a főhörgő-resectiós műtétek biztonsággal és jó eredménnyel végezhetők granularis sejtes tumorok esetén is, a sebészeti beavatkozás feltétlenül indokolt panaszokat okozó esetekben, illetve ha a nemritkán társuló kísérő elváltozás esetén malignitas gyanúja merül fel.
