Absztrakt
Az emlőrák távoli áttétet jellemzően a csontokba, tüdőbe, májba és a központi idegrendszerbe ad. A csepleszbe és a gastrointestinalis traktusba (GI) adott áttétek ritkák. Jelen esetünkben egy 48 éves nőbeteg kapcsán ismertetjük a kórképet. A beteg ileus miatt került felvételre és műtétre, mely során a nagycseplesz és a colon daganatos elváltozásait észleltük és távolítottuk el. A szövettan invazív ductalis emlőrák (IDC) áttéteit igazolta. A beteg jobb emlőjében lévő a bőrt fogó, centrális IDC miatt ablatiót és axillaris lymphadenectomiát végeztünk. A ductalis emlőrák GI vagy hasüregi peritonealis áttéte ritka, az ileust okozó manifesztáció irodalmi ritkaság.
