Absztrakt

A nagy hiatus herniák primer varrattal történő zárása elfogadhatatlanul magas kiújulási aránnyal jár. A hiatus zárásának hálóval történő megerősítése jelentősen csökkentette a recidívák számát. Az irodalomban jelenleg nincs egyöntetűen elfogadott álláspont a háló alakja, mérete és anyaga vonatkozásában, továbbá abban, hogy a hálót hogyan kell a rekeszszárakhoz rögzíteni. A hálóbeültetés legnagyobb veszélye az, hogy az idegen anyag a nyelőcsőbe vagy a gyomorba penetrálhat. További veszélyt jelent a háló rögzítése során okozható szívsérülés, mely halálos szövődmény is lehet. A jövőt a biológiai anyagok kifejlesztése és a gyakorlatba való bevezetése jelentheti.
