Absztrakt

Az emlőrákos esetek 5–20%-át teszik ki a centrálisan elhelyezkedő emlőmalignomák, melyek kezelésében hosszú időn át nem volt elfogadott az emlőmegtartó műtét. E daganatoknál a hagyományos sebészi megoldás a mastectomia volt. A centrális emlődaganatoknál gyakori az emlőbimbó és bimbóudvar együttesének érintettsége, melynek sebészi kezelése szükségessé teszi annak teljes eltávolítását a tumor körüli megfelelő nagyságú biztonsági zónával, ami sok esetben megfelelő rekonstrukció nélkül kifogásolható kozmetikai eredményhez vezet. Az onkoplasztikai sebésztechnikák alkalmazásával ezekben az esetekben az onkológiai biztonság mellett jó kozmetikai eredménnyel végezhető el az emlőmegtartó műtét. Közleményünkben a centrális quadrantectomiát és az ezt követő inferior dermoglandularis Grisotti-lebennyel való emlőrekonstrukciót értékeljük.
