Absztrakt

Bevezetés: Az ETS a mellüregben 2 porton keresztül végzett sympathectomia, diathermia és videothoracoscop segítségével. A szerzők gyakorlatukban 2 portos eljárást alkalmaztak, fél ülőhelyzetben, kétoldalon egy ülésben, mellkasi szívódrain visszahagyása nélkül. A szimpatikus lánc identifikálása után a megfelelő ganglionok eltávolításra kerülnek. Anyagok és módszerek: 2008. december és 2011. január között 22 beteget operáltunk meg kétoldali 2 portos VATS-val, a T2–T4 területen, félig ülő helyzetben palmaris és axillaris hyperhydrosis miatt. Eredményeink: A 22 páciens közül 5 férfi és 17 nő volt, átlagéletkoruk 39,9 (19–63 év között), átlagos műtéti idő 36,125 perc volt (30–61 perc). Következtetés: Posztoperatív szövődményünk nem volt, a két portos ETS, drain visszahagyása nélkül, egy biztos és jó módszer a tenyéri és hónalj izzadás megszüntetésére, akár egynapos sebészeti eljárás keretében is.
