Absztrakt
Bevezetés: A radiális alkari szabad lebeny gyakran az első választott eljárás a nyelv rekonstrukciójában, de hátránya az adóhely morbiditása. Egy másik, vékony, fasciocutan szabad lebeny iránti igény eredményezte az arteria suralis medialis perforator lebeny (MSAP) alkalmazását. Módszer: A nyelvgyöki és szájfenéki daganatok miatti radikális exstirpatiót követő helyreállításra három betegnél alkalmaztunk MSAP lebenyt. Eredmények: A lebenyt minden esetben egy domináns perforator látta el. A bőrlebenyek mérete 20 és 34 cm2 között volt, az értörzs hossza 8,2–11 cm, az átlagos lebenyvastagság 6,5 mm volt. Összefoglalás: A vékony MSAP lebeny kiváló alternatíva a szájfenék és a nyelv helyreállításában elenyésző adóhelyi morbiditás mellett.
