Absztrakt

A laparoscopos cholecystectomia gyors elterjedése a világon lényegesen átformálta a sebészi tevékenységet. Az új technika a hasi és a mellkasi műtéteknél egyaránt lehetőséget nyújtott a minimálisan invazív behatolásra, annak valamennyi előnyével. Az ipari alkalmazásokhoz már korábban kifejlesztett robottechnika összekapcsolódott a laparoscopos műtétekkel. A létrejött robotasszisztált sebészet ergonómiailag előnyösebb a műtétet végző sebésznek, ugyanakkor a megőrzött háromdimenziós látásmóddal végzett pontosabb preparálás előnyös a beteg számára. A robotsebészeti rendszerek árának csökkenésével, az újabb generációs, továbbfejlesztett berendezések megjelenésével a napi sebészi tevékenység átalakulása várható.
