Absztrakt

Buess az 1980-as évek elején dolgozta ki a transanalis endoscopos mikrosebészeti technikát, és kifejlesztette a műtéthez használt speciális eszközparkot is. A technika azóta finomodott, sőt a javallati indikációs kör is bővült. Megfelelően kiválasztott betegeknél kitűnő onkológiai eredmények érhetők el, a műtéti terhelés kisebb, a szövődmények előfordulása pedig a hagyományos technikákhoz képest igen alacsony. Napjainkban a jóindulatú, illetve az alacsony malignitású T1-es daganatok kezelésében „gold standard” a transanalis endoscopos mikrosebészeti technika.
