Absztrakt

A lipomák az emésztőtraktusban ritkán fordulnak elő, leggyakrabban a subcutisban találhatók. Általában nem okoznak panaszt, eltávolításra csak a tünetekkel járó (vérzés, passzázszavar) lipomák kerülnek. Három, gastrointestinalis lipoma miatt sikerrel operált betegünk esetét mutatjuk be: egy duodenalis (a bulbusból 4 cm-es lipomát enucleáltunk), egy vékonybél (intussusceptiót okozó lipoma az ileumban; a bizonytalan makroszkópos kép miatt szegmentreszekciót végeztünk), illetve egy vastagbéllipoma (47 cm-re az anustól elhelyezkedő, időszakos elzáródást okozó nyeles lipomát colotomiából távolítottunk el).
