Absztrakt:

A spontán haemothorax a vér felhalmozódását jelenti a mellüregben baleset vagy iatrogén okok hiányában. Egy 17 éves férfi beteg esetét ismertetjük, akinél a vérzés okaként többszörös kóros artériás összeköttetéseket találtunk a szisztémás keringés és a tüdőkeringés között. Az eset kapcsán rövid irodalmi áttekintést nyújtunk a kiváltó okról, valamint a haemothorax klinikumáról, illetve az ennek megoldásában szóba jövő intervenciós radiológiai módszerekről.
