Absztrakt
Tanulmányunkban azt kívánjuk bemutatni, hogy a narratív pszichológiai megközelítés az érzelmek kutatásában is alkalmazható. Feltevésünk szerint az érzelmi epizódok, illetve történetek szerkezetének vannak közös pontjai (idői szerkezet, cél alapú gondolkodás és reflexivitás). Vizsgálatunkban 36 személy mesélt történeteket múltbeli érzelmi élményeiről. A történetek 3 szerkezeti jellemzőjét (időbeli kibomlás, narratív értékelés és téri-idői perspektíva) automatikus szövegelemzési eljárásokkal elemeztük. A személyek érzelmi állapotának minőségére kérdőíves eljárás adataiból, illetve fiziológiai mutatók méréséből következtettünk. Elemzésünkben összefüggést találtunk a történet szerkezete és az elbeszélő személy aktuális érzelmi állapotának intenzitása között. Eredményeinket az érzelmek narratív megközelítésének keretében értelmezzük.
