Abstract

This table contains a complete list of all γ-emitting radionuclides and of all of their γ-lines. Additionally it contains all other lines observable with a γ-ray spectrometer, i. e. the 511 keV-lines of the positron annihilation radiation, the escape lines generated in connection with pair production processes of high energy γ-quanta and most of the X-ray lines correlated to radioactive decay. Beside the energies the intensities of the lines are given as far as data have been found in the references cited. If it was possible to find or to calculate the absolute intensity of the γ-lines, these values were given, since they are usually more valuable in practical applications. The radionuclide data are supplemented by data concerning their half-life, parent and daughter nuclides, and generating reactions.
