The phase diagram of the system Ca(NO3)2 · CO(NH2)2-H2O (abbr.: C.U.-W.) is not known in domains containing less than 25% water, as conventional solubility examinations are not suitable for determination of the solubility equilibria between very concentrated and viscous solution and solid C.U. The unknown domain of the phase diagram has been established by means of thermoanalytical methods.
