Summary Human bone tissue is composed by an organic and mineral matrix. The organic matrix is formed by collagen I and II type and non-collagenous proteins, while mineral matrix is formed by calcium phosphates and hydroxyapatite. The morphology of bone is different. Internal part is spongy, while external part is compact. This study has determined the chemical-physical properties of healthy and pathologic bones.
