Absztrakt
A szerzők a hazai irodalomban elsőként ismertetik rectum-adenocarcinomából származó metakrón izolált penismetastasis esetét. Betegüknél rectum-adenocarcinoma kuratív műtétjére került sor, mely után 4 és fél évvel észleltek a penisben metastasist. Egyéb régióban áttét kialakulását igazolni nem tudták. A penisben észlelt metastasis szövettani, immunhisztológiai vizsgálata bizonyította, hogy adenocarcinomából származik. Az elváltozás kiterjedését képalkotó vizsgálatokkal rögzítették. A kuratív megoldásként szóba jövő penectomiát betegük nem fogadta el. Foglalkoznak az elváltozás klinikumával, áttekintik a palliatív terápiára vonatkozó irodalmi adatokat. Esetükben az alkalmazott palliatív radiokemoterápiával a metastasis progresszióját nem tudták megállítani, ezért a kezelést FOLFOX kezeléssel egészítették ki; egyelőre progressziót nem észlelnek.
