Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) is a chronic, slowly progressive, cholestatic autoimmune disease of the liver, characterized by fatigue, pruritis, and presence of anti-mitochondrial antibody and affecting middle aged women [1]. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is rarely associated with PBC and occurs in the late stage in the majority of cases [2]. We describe here a case of PBC with HCC.
