A valvularis aortabillentyű szűkület (aortastenosis) kialakulásáért leggyakrabban a billentyűlemezek degeneratív elváltozása, atherosclerosisa, kalcifikálódása tehető felelőssé, de fontos prediszponáló tényező a congenitalis bicuspidalis aortabillentyű, illetve az anamnesztikus reumás láz. Az aortabillentyű szűkülete gyakran jár együtt különböző funkcionális vascularis eltérésekkel. A jelen összefoglaló közlemény célja ezeknek a noninvazív módon vizsgálható vascularis eltéréseknek és a mögöttük álló (pato)fiziológiai folyamatoknak a bemutatása. Orv. Hetil., 2011, 152, 993–999.
