A szerzők az alkar körkörös és a kézhát teljes bőrhiányával járó nyúzásos sérülésben Integra „mesterséges bőr-irha újraképződési minta” alkalmazásával sikeres bőrpótlást végeztek. Az Integra 97%-ban, a végleges fedést biztosító rácsplasztika 98%-ban tapadt meg. A kezelési módszer kiváló esztétikai és funkcionális eredményt biztosított, igazolva az Integra szerepét traumás eredetű kiterjedt bőr- és lágyrész-hiányok, például nyúzásos sérülés kezelésében. Orv.
