Absztrakt

Az elhízás és kísérő betegségeinek kezelése jelentős terhet ró az egészségügyi rendszerre. Hatékony konzervatív kezelés hiányában egyre nagyobb teret kapnak az invazív kezelési lehetőségek. Az elhízás kezelésében alkalmazott sebészi és endoszkópos beavatkozások alapvetően két módszeren alapulnak, amelyek a táplálékfogyasztás restrikciója, illetve malabszorpció révén vezetnek a testsúly csökkenéséhez.
