Two cases of Cronkhite–Canada syndrome are presented. Both patients had dysgeusia, weight loss, diarrhoea, and hyperpigmentation of palms, onychodystrophy, alopecia and gastrointestinal polyposis. The patients at 2 and 12 months follow-up have shown partial response to steroid, zinc supplement and enteral feed.
