design [ 1 , 3 ]. Different methods which allow mixing inside the calorimeter and consequently favour the detection of the first hydration peak, can be found in the literature [ 4 , 5 ]. Contrarily, the second peak, due to the hydration of C 3 S can
Abstract
A226 Ra source of known disintegration rate has been measured to determine the absolute -ray emission intensities of members of its decay chain in radioactive equilibrium. The results are compared with other values from the literature.
Oxidation mechanism of ferrocene with molecular oxygen
Kinetic and thermodynamic aspects
Abstract
The present work is devoted to the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of literature data on the oxidation of ferrocene in the presence of Bronsted acids, since up to now the mechanism of this reaction is still not explained
Abstract
From literature data a linear relationship between the antisymmetric uranyl frequencyv 3/UO2/ and the composition of various sodium uranates, expressed as Na/U molar ratio, was plotted and discussed.
Abstract
A best
choice from literature was made of the isotopic abundance values for64zn,112Sn and174Yb, and of the absolute gamma-intensities for65Zn,113mIn and175Yb. From these data and from
activation method
experiments, the following 2200 m·s–1 cross sections were determined:65Zn(n,
)65Zn;
0=(0.726±0.0007) barn [cf. literature 0.76–0.78 barn];112Sn(n,
)113(m)Sn;
0(0.91 m+g)=(0.539±0.011) barn [cf. literature
1 barn];174Yb(n,
)175(m)Yb;
0(m+g)=(130+4) barn [cf. literature 65 barn].
Abstract
Current literature suggests uncertainty about the numerical values of the hydrolysis constants for tetravalent plutonium. This letter uses recent data to propose that newer methods for estimating the hydrolysis constants are not necessarily more accurate than the traditional methods.
Abstract
Phenyl trifluoromethyl sulfone (FS-13) is a polar diluent, proposed in literature as an alternate to nitrobenzene, in UNEX/HCCD-PEG processes for better physical properties. Its PVT properties and accurate expression for estimation of its vapour pressure are not available in the literature. Recently PVT properties of FS-13 were estimated by authors and its vapour pressure was experimentally measured at temperatures ranging from 263.15 to 363.15 K. In this paper, results of these studies are presented.
. Discussion This is the first report in the literature of a TLC procedure for determination of D, L, and TDF in a combination pharmaceutical product. The transfer of the L Minilab TLC screening method required a change in the mobile phase and applied
information is essential for the study of potential biopharmaceuticals [ 30 ]. The literature has presented the most diverse bioactivities of molecules isolated from peanut and its derived food products [ 12 ]. Nevertheless, there are no data
. Literature also reports values of the kinetic parameter of Arrhenius for residues of cellulose around 200 kJ mol −1 , which are close to the value found for S 2 and humic substance [ 15 , 22 ]. Ln A and E data from the wooden samples, residues of
