Abstract

Beside four approaches to the thermodynamics of GaSb-M(=S, Te) solid solutions the doping limits for extremely narrow concentration regions are analysed and ranked in the Cu, Ge, Mn (p-dopants), S, Se, Te (n-dopants) and N, In (isoelectric) groups.

Abstract

Using several reaction examples with experimentally determined rate equations, traditional mass-action rate equations are shown to be simplified forms of polynomial approximation to a general rate function derived by non-equilibrium thermodynamics for a mixture of fluids with linear transport properties. The mass-action kinetic law is thus proved also on the macroscopic level and limited to this type of fluids.

Abstract

The results of atomic dynamics of ultrafines clusters of iron hydroxide and Fe 2 O 3 with average size 1–3nm are shown. The clusters were synthesised after chemical reaction in solution in micropores of sorbents and in topochemical reactions of thermal decomposition salts. Moessbauer spectroscopy studies are applicated. The effect of Surface Active Substance(SAS) on dynamics of clusters is observed. Thermodynamics and phemonologic models of dynamic state of cluster are considered and the probability of the coexistans solid-liquid state of cluster is discussed.
