Résumé  

On rapporte les recherches faites sur les couches épitaxiques déposées sur des substrats dopés en arsenic, antimoine et phosphore. On étudie les couches critiques par analyse par activation et autoradiographie. On détermine les répartitions des concentrations des éléments dopants et des traces d'impuretés les plus fréquentes, telles que l'or, le cuivre et le sodium, dans la couche superficielle et dans l'interface film-substrat des couches homoépitaxiques de silicium. Dans les conditions expérimentales données, on trouve que la concentration contaminante minimum décelable est d'environ 1013 atomes/cm3.

Abstract  

The method of substoichiometric separation is completed for radioactivity measurements using special nuclear measurement methods in a way that along with the substoichiometric extraction of a given metal the simultaneous quantitative separation of other metals can also be effected. Some general relationships have been derived for the substoichiometric multielement separation of MA m -type metal chelates. Particularly, the primary dithizonates of silver and copper(II) have been studied, and the application of the method is demonstrated by the separation of silver and copper from cobalt.

Abstract  

A measuring technique based on the alpha particles being released from the10B(n, α) nuclear reaction and using the time-of-flight technique at a periodically pulsing reactor was developed. Non-destructive determination for the range distribution of boron impurities in ion-implanted silicon have been performed. Projected ranges obtained in the energy region 20–80 keV are compared to calculated results and to other experiments. Examples are shown for some typical boron distributions before and after annealing the sample.

Abstract  

Neutron activation analysis, gamma-ray spectrometry, particle sizing and photography of the corrosion products were used to qualify the constructional materials and primary coolants. The investigations related to: characterization of the construction materials of the primary circuit, circulated washing, hot conditioning, physical and energetic start up. The aim of the measurements was to study the cleanness of the primary circuit from assembling up to energetic start up and to follow closely the variation in the amount and the removing of the mechanical contaminants and corrosion products depending on the technological parameters.
