An article assessment system based on both Tianjin University and nine key Chinese Universities’ academic disciplinary benchmarks was established to evaluate researcher’s published papers. With this scientific benchmarking system, the quality of a researcher’s papers could be easily located in a percentile scale in corresponding field within certain groups. Several factors, including total number of papers, order of authors, impact of journals, citation count, h-index, e-index, a-index, m-quotient, etc., were also utilized for both quantity and quality analysis. Furthermore, the novel proposed weighted citation analysis was introduced to judge a researcher’s contribution to his/her research outcomes. The convenient application and comprehensive evaluation property of this assessment system was thoroughly discussed via a given example.

The water-soluble fullerene derivative C60(OH)x was radiolabeled with 67GaCl3. The labeling yields were determined by radio-PLC. The effects of pH, reaction time, temperature and the amount of C60(OH)x on the labeling yields were studied. The stability of 67Ga-C60(OH)x was also examined. The results showed that the labeling yields could reach 97% under the best labeling conditions and the radiochemical purity of 67Ga-C60(OH)x solution kept at 37 °C remained at 88% after 212 hours. The biodistribution studies of 67Ga-C60(OH)x in mice showed a high localization of 67Ga-C60(OH)x in the bone marrow, bone, liver and spleen with slow clearance and a negligible accumulation in the blood. These data suggest that the water-soluble C60(OH)x, having the same properties as microcolloids, may be used as a carrier of drug system for lymphatic targeting.

Background and aims

Internet addiction disorder (IAD) is common in university students. A number of studies have examined the prevalence of IAD in Chinese university students, but the results have been inconsistent. This is a meta-analysis of the prevalence of IAD and its associated factors in Chinese university students.


Both English (PubMed, PsycINFO, and Embase) and Chinese (Wan Fang Database and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure) databases were systematically and independently searched from their inception until January 16, 2017.


Altogether 70 studies covering 122,454 university students were included in the meta-analysis. Using the random-effects model, the pooled overall prevalence of IAD was 11.3% (95% CI: 10.1%–12.5%). When using the 8-item Young Diagnostic Questionnaire, the 10-item modified Young Diagnostic Questionnaire, the 20-item Internet Addiction Test, and the 26-item Chen Internet Addiction Scale, the pooled prevalence of IAD was 8.4% (95% CI: 6.7%–10.4%), 9.3% (95% CI: 7.6%–11.4%), 11.2% (95% CI: 8.8%–14.3%), and 14.0% (95% CI: 10.6%–18.4%), respectively. Subgroup analyses revealed that the pooled prevalence of IAD was significantly associated with the measurement instrument (Q = 9.41, p = .024). Male gender, higher grade, and urban abode were also significantly associated with IAD. The prevalence of IAD was also higher in eastern and central of China than in its northern and western regions (10.7% vs. 8.1%, Q = 4.90, p = .027).


IAD is common among Chinese university students. Appropriate strategies for the prevention and treatment of IAD in this population need greater attention.

The fractional cumulative yields (FCY) of133mTe and133gTe in the spontaneous fission of252Cf were measured for the first time by a radiochemical method. The values ofFCY are 0.533±0.014 and 0.291±0.042 for133mTe and133gTe, respectively. The isomeric state to ground state fractional independent yield (FIY) ratio of133Te,R, was found to be 3.5. The root-mean-square angular momentum of the primary fragment corresponding to the fission product133Te, Jr.m.s.=8.8h, was estimated according to a simple one-parameter statistical model. The fractional cumulative yields from this work together with other literature data in the mass region A=131–141 are compared with the normal yields given by the empiricalZ p model by Whhl. It suggests that both theN=82 neutrons shell and nucleus pairing effects are not apparent for the spontaneous fission of252Cf.

The mechanism of solvent extraction of uranium(VI) from highly concentrated chloride solution with a quaternary ammonium salt, benzyloctadecyldimethylammonium chloride (BODMAC, R4NCl), dissolved in chloroform was studied. The compositions of the extracted species were R4N.UO2Cl3 and (R4N)2 .UO2Cl4. The extraction process is exothermic (ΔH° = -8.42±0.54 KJ/mol). Kex 1 and Kex 2 are calculated to be (3.62±0.55).10-2 and (1.06±0.17).103, respectively. In the extraction process, a W/O uranium(VI) rich emulsion solution has been formed between the organic and aqueous phases, its volume increased with the increase of BODMAC in the system. The influences of temperature, NaCl, MgCl2 and MgSO4 concentrations on the extraction equilibrium were also studied.

Two lines, L-19-613 and L-19-626, were produced from the common wheat cultivar Longmai 19 (L-19) by six consecutive backcrosses using biochemical marker-assisted selection. L-19 (Glu-D1a, Glu-A3c/Gli-A1?; Gli-A1? is a gene coding for unnamed gliadin) and L-19-613 (Glu-D1d, Glu-A3c/Gli-A1?) formed a set of near-isogenic lines (NILs) for HMW-GS, while L-19-613 and L-19-626 (Glu-D1d, Glu-A3e/Gli-A1m) constituted another set of NILs for the LMW-GS/gliadins. The three L-19 NILs were grown in the wheat breeding nursery in 2007 and 2008. The field experiments were designed using the three-column contrast arrangement method with four replicates. The three lines were ranked as follows for measurements of gluten strength, which was determined by the gluten index, Zeleny sedimentation, the stability and breakdown time of the farinogram, the maximum resistance and area of the extensogram, and the P andWvalues of the alveogram: L-19-613 > L-19-626 > L-19. The parameters listed above were significantly different between lines at the 0.05 or 0.01 level. The Glu-D1 and Glu-A3/Gli-A1 loci had additive effects on the gluten index, Zeleny sedimentation, stability, breakdown time, maximum resistance, area, P and W values. Although genetic variation at the Glu-A3/Gli-A1 locus had a great influence on wheat quality, the genetic difference between Glu-D1d and Glu-D1a at the Glu-D1 locus was much larger than that of Glu-A3c/Gli-A1? and Glu-A3e/Gli-A1m at the Glu-A3/Gli-A1 locus. Glu-D1d had negative effects on the extensibility and the L value compared with Glu-D1a. In contrast, Glu-A3c/Gli-A1? had a positive effect on these traits compared with Glu-A3e/Gli-A1m.
