Abstract
Transcreation is a creative adaptation service that has been studied from the perspective of the language services industry and academia. Despite broad interest in the topic, little is known about the perceptions individual professionals have of this practice. To fill this gap, this paper aims to provide information from this point of view and focuses on the economic characteristics of transcreation. For this purpose, a sociological study based on a survey has been carried out. A total of 360 professionals from all over the world participated in this initiative. The results show that transcreation is considered as a hard-to-automate service. The practice is perceived and paid as a value-added one, and it can be defined as a form of qualified craftsmanship. Likewise, it seems to be a better-paid service than others. Finally, transcreation is demanded not only by language service providers but also by companies in industries such as marketing, advertising, public relations, and communication.

A III. évezred küszöbén számos térségi kezdeményezés indult el országszerte, mely az egyes térségek régi és új szereplőinek megismerésére, erőforrásaik feltárására, valamint a kihasználásukra irányuló programok értékelésére irányul. A régiók, a térségek, a települések és a települési szereplők egyaránt arra törekednek, hogy a mindenkori változásokhoz igazodva sajátos karaktereket alakítsanak ki, s ezáltal helyet biztosítsanak a különféle iparágaknak, tevékenységeknek. A Térségi szereplők és térségi sajátosságok a Pilis-Dunakanyar (Szentendrei) kistérségben című jelen összefoglaló a kreatív iparágak körét kívánja bemutatni egy Budapesthez közeli, kiváló pozícióban lévő kistérség helyzetén keresztül. A kistérség kedvező helyzetét nemcsak települései és azok lakói, hanem a természeti és épített környezete, továbbá az egyes települések történeti múltja biztosítja. E témával összefüggésben a jelen munkában két területre kívánok összpontosítani: egyfelől a települések és a bennük rejlő potenciákra, a helyi ún. kreatív iparágak megjelenésére, illetve azok formáira, másfelől a térség természeti és társadalmi leírására, a térségben élők kapcsolati tőkéjére, illetve kapcsolódási pontjaira. Alapvető megállapításom, hogy a térségben kiváló erőforrások állnak rendelkezésre a helyben élők számára (természeti és tárgyi kincsek), amelyek sem az ipar, sem a társadalom oldaláról nem hasznosulnak kellőképpen. A hiányosságot minden esetben az egyéni és csoportos kezdeményezésekben, a társadalmi kapcsolatok szakadozottságában, az erőforrások nem megfelelő összpontosításában, valamint a helyi iparágak és szereplők bizonytalan helyzetében érhetjük tetten. A térségi potenciák azonban mindebben kötőelemet jelenthetnek, amennyiben sikerül a fenti csoportokat belső és külső együttműködésre késztetni.
