Investigation on human resource role is progressing, and the influence of fits between human resources and business strategies have been confirmed in various studies. Such influence has also been proven as a good way to acquire organizational competitive advantages and achieve the optimal operating performance. Under such a context, a new variable, Management Innovation, is included in this study to observe the effects of such a practical and changeable variable on strategic orientation and human resource management role.

Top ten businesses in Fujian Province are selected for the questionnaire survey. Total 500 copies of questionnaire are distributed and 376 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 75%. The research results show the positive effects of 1. strategic orientation on management innovation, 2. strategic orientation on human resource management role, and 3. management innovation on human resource management role. It expects to verify richer and multiple effects in this study for the reference of successive research and the practice.

A nemzetközi termelési hálózatokba tagozódott, félperiférikus helyzetű magyar textil-, ruha-, bőr- és lábbeligyártó (TCLF) ipar zsugorodik. Szerkezet- és generációváltási folyamatai mégis nagyarányú munkaerőhiányt teremtenek, melynek kezelése a könnyűipari szakmák iránti csekély érdeklődés és az iparágspecifikus tudás (újra)termelését szolgáló intézményrendszer visszafejlődése miatt komoly kihívás. Cikkünkben a könnyűipar munkaerőigényeket meghatározó szerkezeti és területi jellemzőit, majd – friss terepi kutatásainkra építkezve – a cégek kényszerek mentén formálódó humán stratégiáit mutatjuk be. Végül, a diszkusszióban a globális termelési hálózatok (GPN) elméleti keretrendszerében értelmezzük eredményeinket. Fő következtetésünk, hogy a termelési hálózatokban történő hosszabb távú (sikeres) részvétel, illetve a megfelelő humánerőforrás-utánpótlás egymást kölcsönösen feltételezi.

In this paper, we have used Eryilmaz’s (2008) multi-colour Pólya urn model to obtain joint distributions of runs of t-types of exact lengths (k 1, k 2, …, k t), at least lengths (k 1, k 2, …, k t), non-overlapping runs of lengths (k 1, k 2, … k t) and overlapping runs of lengths (k 1, k 2, … k t) when counting of runs is done in a circular setup. We have also derived joint distributions of longest runs of various types under similar conditions. Distributions of runs have found applications in fields of reliability of consecutive-k-out-of n: F system, consecutive k-out-of-r-from n: F system, start-up demonstration test, molecular biology, radar detection, time sharing systems and quality control. The literature is profound in discussion of marginal distribution and joint distribution of runs of various types under linear and circular setup using techniques like urn model with balls of two or more colours, probability generating function and compounding discrete distribution with suitable beta functions. Through this paper for first time effort been made to discuss joint distributions of runs of various lengths and types using Multi-colour urn model.
