The editors would like to correct a mistake on page 247, line 5. The first sentence of 2. MATERIALS AND METHODS

is being corrected to

“Our study was conducted among Hungarian-speaking residents aged 18 and over, living in rural areas of the Carpathian Basin, of Roma and non-Roma origin in three countries.”
