Fiatal, 25 éves férfi betegünk esetét mutatjuk be, aki politraumatizált állapotban került felvételre. Kórházunk intenzív osztályán kezeltük és a tompa hasi sérülésből eredő izolált hasnyálmirigy-rupturát kétlépcsős műtéti kezeléssel oldottuk meg.
