Absztrakt:

A rectum jó- és korai rosszindulatú elváltozásainak kivizsgálási, sebészeti kezelési, valamint betegkövetési elveit foglaltuk össze. Célunk a transanalis minimálisan invazív műtéti technika hazai szakmai gyakorlatának egységes szemléletű összefogása (szinopszis), valamint egy közös, hazai transanalis műtéti audit (minőségellenőrzési) rendszer alapjainak a megteremtése.
