The above paper was written as a commentary to the article: Culture and psychedelic psychotherapy: Ethnic and racial themes from three Black women therapists by Monnica T. Williams, Sara Reed, and Jamilah George (Williams, M. T., Reed, S., & George, J. (2021). Culture and psychedelic psychotherapy: Ethnic and racial themes from three Black women therapists, Journal of Psychedelic Studies, 4(3), 125–138. https://doi.org/10.1556/2054.2020.00137).
Nevertheless, the above paper was published as a research article on 12 November 2020, because at that time the article type commentary had not been introduced yet at the Journal of Psychedelic Studies. In the meantime, it became clear that the relationship between the two articles should be more established. After consulting the Editor-in-Chief, a decision has been made to clarify this connection by this note, to avoid any further confusion.
