Absztrakt:

A tanulmány az összetett tartalmú 68-as események azon vonulatával foglalkozik, amely közvetlenül az egyetem intézményrendszerét érintette. Áttekinti a diákság elégedetlenségének hátterében álló, az egyetem szinte minden elemét érintő általános folyamatokat és az egyetemi polgárok fő követeléseit. Három város – Oslo, Tokió és Párizs – diáklázadásait mutatja be, érzékeltetve, hogy az alapvetően közös vonásokat felmutató események milyen különböző jellemzőkkel bírtak. Az események hatására több tekintetben gyökeresen megváltozott a felsőoktatás intézményrendszere. Létrejött az ún. nem egyetemi szektor, elterjedt a képviseleti jellegű intézményi kormányzási rendszer, és mintegy mellékhatásként megindultak az ifjúságra irányuló kutatások.
