Az endometriumcarcinoma a leggyakoribb nőgyógyászati daganat. A sebészi kezelés hagyományosan laparotomia útján történik, de korai stádiumú betegség esetén a laparoszkópos módszerek is egyre szélesebb körben elfogadottá válnak. A tanulmányokban a túlélésre és kiújulásra vonatkozó adatok laparoszkópia és laparotomia esetében megegyeznek, míg az előbbi esetében lényegesen alacsonyabb műtéti morbiditásról és rövidebb lábadozási időről számoltak be. Magas szintű jártasság birtokában, az említett előnyök miatt, a laparoszkópia megfelelő kezelési alternatíva korai méhtestrák esetében. Összefoglaló közleményünkben a laparoszkópia korai stádiumú méhtestrák kezelésében betöltött szerepével foglalkozunk. Orv. Hetil., 2010, 42, 1748–1752.
