A szerzők célja, hogy a fellelhető szakirodalom alapján áttekintést adjanak a korai stádiumú petefészek-daganatok, azon belül is elsősorban a hámeredetű daganatok termékenységet megőrző kezelési lehetőségeiről, illetve azok onkológiai és szülészeti kimeneteléről. Korai stádiumú borderline, csírasejtes, valamint ivarléc-stroma sejtes petefészek-daganatok esetén régóta elfogadott, epithelialis ovariumcarcinoma esetén azonban csak néhány éve alkalmazott a termékenységet megőrző kezelés. Fertilitást megtartó sebészeti kezelés IA stádiumú, grade 1–2, kedvező szövettani altípusú ovariumcarcinoma esetén javasolható. IA stádium felett, illetve grade 3 vagy világos sejtes carcinoma esetén konzerváló műtét csak egyéni mérlegelés alapján ajánlható. Minden esetben javasolt a standard műtétnek megfelelő sebészeti stádiummeghatározást elvégezni. Fertilitást megőrző kezelés alkalmazása nem veszélyeztetheti az onkológiai kezelés hatékonyságát. Kellő körültekintéssel végezve, a fertilitást megtartó kezelések onkológiai megbízhatósága megegyezik a radikális műtétekével. A spontán teherbe esési ráta változó, de átlagosan kedvezőnek mondható. Kiemelten fontos a megfelelő betegtájékoztatás. Fertilitást megtartó műtétet követően gyakori kontrollvizsgálatok szükségesek. A betegek korszerű ellátása centrumokban biztosítható. Orv.
