Syphilitic glomerulonephritis: case report and review of the literature

A szerzők a syphilis igen ritkán észlelt komplikációját, a fertőzéshez társuló glomerulonephritist ismertetik egy eset kapcsán. A beteget neurosyphilis klinikai tünetei miatt kezdték kezelni. Kivizsgálása során észlelték extrém magas proteinuriáját, ami előtte nem volt ismert. Intravénás penicillinkezelés mellett a fehérjeürítés csökkenni kezdett, de csak a kezelést követően fél évvel normalizálódott. A betegnél az igazolt lues, az ezzel együtt kialakult nefrózisszindróma és a penicillinterápiára mutatott javulás alapján syphilishez társuló glomerulonephritis diagnózisát állapították meg. Az eset kapcsán a szerzők irodalmi áttekintést adnak erről a lueshez igen ritkán társuló, ám nagy klinikai jelentőséggel bíró szövődményről. Orv. Hetil., 2015, 156(1), 32–35.
