A thyreolipoma, vagy pajzsmirigy-adenolipoma a pajzsmirigy-adenoma egy extrém ritka formája, mely kötőszövetes tokkal borított érett zsírszövetet és folliculusokat is tartalmaz. Az 52 éves női cukorbetegünk növekvő nyaki teriméjének esetét mutatjuk be, mely totális thyreoidectomia során eltávolításra került.
