Absztrakt:

Az inzulinrezisztencia (IR) fennállásának megerősítése vagy kizárása a hazai diabetes-szakrendelésekre irányított nem cukorbetegek egyik leggyakoribb beutalási indoka. A közlemény áttekinti az IR fogalmát, kórélettani jelentőségét, kórismézési lehetőségeit és kezelési vonatkozásait. Kiemeli, hogy az inzulinhatás csökkenése számos betegség kísérőjelensége, s önmagában, más tünetek nélkül nem igényli részletes kivizsgálását. Ha mégis felmerül, tájékozódó céllal elegendő a HOMA-IR-érték számítása, valamint az éhomi vércukor- és széruminzulinszint meghatározása. Ha valamely társbetegség részeként igazolódik, annak komplex kezelése szükséges. Orv Hetil. 2020; 161(26): 1088–1093.
